Tamara Carpenter has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Tamara also has a Certificate in TESL from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Tamara is currently working on their Human Resources Change Management Certificate from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Tamara is also certified as an Advanced Coaching Master from the Center for Advanced Coaching, a Total Trainer-Delivering Training Program from ATD Orange County, and a 4C's Cultural Mastery Coach and Individual Cultural Blueprint Indicator Practitioner from the Global Coach Center.
