Since October 2011, Susan has served as Managing Director and Head of Human Capital at KKR & Co. Inc., overseeing all HR matters and co-leading the Asia Inclusion and Diversity Council. Prior to KKR, Susan held the position of Executive Director of HR at Goldman Sachs, focusing on the Investment Research division. Susan’s career also includes a role as Director of Talent Management at the Corporate Executive Board and talent acquisition responsibilities at Yahoo! UK. Academically, Susan holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Business degree from the Queensland University of Technology, complemented by foundational education at the University of Queensland and King George V School in Hong Kong.
