Tim Lawler

Tim Lawler has extensive experience in talent management and private equity, currently serving as an Executive Advisor at KKR and a Partner and Principal in Human Capital at Waud Capital Partners. Lawler is also the Managing Partner and Founder of T4 Capital Talent, and previously held the role of Managing Director and Head of Talent Management for the Private Equity Team at Highland Capital Management, L.P. Additionally, Lawler contributes as a member of the Board of Directors at Capital For Kids. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
