Amy J. Horn

Amy J. Horn has been with K&L Gates since 2003, working their way up from Administrative Services Coordinator to their current role as Chief People Officer.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. Horn worked as a Consultant for InOutsource and Regional Operations Manager for Uniscribe Professional Services.

In their role as Chief People Officer, Ms. Horn is responsible for the Firm’s recruitment and integration of all partner-level hires. Amy also serves as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, problems and suggestions across the global platform in order to review, analyze and delegate the matter to the appropriate department head. Additionally, Ms. Horn manages events for the Firm, including the annual Partners’ Retreat, monthly partner meetings and periodic staff and associate town halls.

Amy J. Horn received a Doctor of Law (JD) from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from Hiram College.
