Clair Pagnano

Clair Pagnano currently serves as the Practice Area Leader for Asset Management and Investment Funds at K&L Gates, a position held since January 2023. A Partner at K&L Gates LLP since June 2003, Clair brings extensive legal expertise to the firm. Previously, Clair worked as an Associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from June 2001 to June 2003. Clair holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine School of Law, obtained from 1996 to 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Colby College, completed from 1992 to 1996.
