Tom Decesar

Tom DeCesar serves as a Partner at K&L Gates since September 2011, previously holding the title of Associate. His legal practice emphasizes litigation, addressing areas such as commercial disputes, contract issues, tort claims, constitutional matters, and energy-related litigation, with experience in various courts including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and multiple Pennsylvania state courts. Prior roles include Law Clerk for Judge Samuel G. Wilson at the Federal District Court and positions at the United States Department of Justice and the United States Attorney's Office. Tom DeCesar earned a JD Magna Cum Laude from Wake Forest University School of Law and a BA cum laude in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Delaware.
