Jason Marwedel

Jason Marwedel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and retail management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and previously as People Operations Manager at K&L Wine Merchants, Jason has spearheaded initiatives such as company-wide job analysis and job evaluation to enhance organizational structure and compensation standards. Prior to this role, Jason held positions at AmerisourceBergen as a Reimbursement Specialist, assisting patients with medication support, and at Village Market in San Francisco as Retail Manager, where responsibilities included leading sales teams and managing personnel.
