John Van Camp is currently the EVP & CHRO at KLA. Prior to this, they were with Gap Inc. as Vice President of Human Resources from May 2004 to October 2006. John's responsibilities included HR for Global Logistics and Supply Chain Operations. From November 1999 to May 2004, John was the Senior Vice Pesident of Human Resources at NorthWestern Energy. John was the top Human Resources leader for the company. Prior to that, from October 1997 to November 1999, John was the Human Resources Manager at GE Healthcare, providing HR support for Global Technology Operations (Engineering and R&D). From March 1995 to October 1997 they were the Human Resources Manager at GE Industrial Solutions, where they managed HR for GE Meter. John's first HR role was at United Technologies where they were Director of Labor & Employee Relations from June 1986 to March 1995. John held positions of increasing responsibility in labor and employee relations across UTC's businesses and at the corporate office.

John Van Camp has a MBA from University of Connecticut School of Business and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

They work with Bren Higgins - CFO, MaryBeth Wilkinson - EVP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, and Bobby Bell - EVP & Chief Strategy Officer. John Van Camp reports to Rick Wallace, President & CEO.
