Maysam Shahedi

Maysam Shahedi is a Sr. Imaging R&D Engineer at Broncus Medical, Inc. since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in medical imaging and image processing. Prior to this role, Maysam served as a Lecturer, Research Scientist, and Research Associate at The University of Texas at Dallas from April 2018 to May 2022, and worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Emory University from November 2016 to March 2018. Maysam's research background includes positions as a Research Assistant at London Health Sciences Centre and Western University from May 2011 to November 2016, and at Robarts Research Institute from May 2010 to April 2016. Maysam holds a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Western University and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology.
