Peggy Kluba

Peggy Kluba is the Director of Human Resources for Germany at KLA, a leader in advanced inspection tools and process control, since July 2023. Previously, Peggy served as the Head of Human Resources at POLIFILM EXTRUSION GmbH, overseeing HR for multiple production sites and legal entities. Experience also includes roles at IDT Biologika, Styron LLC, and The Dow Chemical Company, where Peggy specialized in change management, talent management, and HR development. Peggy holds a Master of Science in Sociology and Business Administration from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, along with several certifications in organizational development, coaching, and mediation.
