Shreyas Bhaban

Shreyas Bhaban is a Mechatronics Lead Engineer at KLA since December 2021, focusing on hardware and algorithm development for custom metrology subsystems and UHV/UCV solutions, with two pending patents. Prior roles include Senior System Engineer at Abbott, where Shreyas designed automated imaging systems, and at BD, specializing in optical detection systems in flow cytometry. Shreyas also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, developing robotic optical clamps and serving as a teaching assistant. Earlier internships included work on fault detection algorithms for DUV lasers at Cymer and feasibility studies for electromagnetic sensors at GE Global Research Centre. Shreyas holds a PhD and MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the University of Minnesota and COEP Technological University, respectively.
