Stanley Gao

Stanley Gao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Senior Strategic Category Manager for Electron Optics at KLA since July 2018. In this role, Stanley develops long-term sourcing strategies for semiconductor inspection technologies, conducts market analysis, and manages supplier relationships. Prior experience includes roles at Philips as a Global Supply Chain Project Manager, where operational and quality issues across multiple regions were managed, and at Otis Elevator Company in multiple engineering and leadership capacities focused on new product development and robust design methodologies. Stanley holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management, complemented by degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai JiaoTong University.
