Guilherme Costa e Silva has had a vast experience in pricing and commercial management roles. Currently, Guilherme is a Professor de Pricing at MBA USP/Esalq and Head de Pricing e Revenue Management at Klabin. Before this, Guilherme worked at PepsiCo, Deloitte, LafargeHolcim, Saint James, VegVita, TIM Celular S.A., and Gillette Corp. Guilherme holds an MBA from FGV and a degree in Economics from USP.
