Laura Gomez

Laura Gomez is currently an advisor at Klangoo, but has held many positions at various companies throughout their career. Laura has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Laura was a data-x mentor at UC Berkeley, where they helped students validate, design, and build data science, AI, and machine learning applications and systems. Laura was also a member of the innovation policy committee for Biden for President. Laura is the CEO and founder of Atipica, which is a leading multi-product people analytics platform for diversity and inclusion. Atipica is backed by True Ventures, Kapor Capital, Precursor Ventures, and LEAP Global. Some of their clients include Netflix, Coinbase, Upwork, Thumbtack, Gusto, and more. Laura is also a member of the board of advisors for the Institute for Advanced Technology and Public Policy.

Laura Gomez has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. Laura also has a Master of Arts from UC San Diego. Laura is currently working on their Master of Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley. Laura is also certified in Health Advocacy from UC Berkeley Extension.
