Fred Wang

Fred Wang has been working in the software engineering field since 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer at Linkage Technology Co., Ltd, where they developed PL/SQL procedures, designed and implemented PDM according to China Mobile, configured timing systems to run PL/SQL procedures, and developed Java web applications. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Software Engineer at ZTESoft, where they developed account modules of OCS, performed business testing and configuration for OCS systems, and dealt with customer requirements. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Solutions Architecture Sr. Analyst at Dell. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at HP, where they delivered high quality software products, fixed bugs, and mentored junior developers. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Backend Engineer at KAWO, where they wrote awesome SaaS applications in Java/Node.js and built backend services to support KAWO with Java, mainly Play! framework and Node.js. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer at Zalando SE, where they built new features for Retail Center applications with Kotlin and Scala and maintained applications across Retail Center and supported tech issues. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Klar, where they are building awesome applications in microservice architecture and maintaining Klar's backend applications.

Fred Wang obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Xiangtan University between 2001 and 2005.
