Monika Odzganova has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Clinical Psychologist at Hospital St-Denis in 2012. During this role, they co-animated psychoanalytical group therapies for children and actively applied ABA (applied behavior analysis). In 2015, they joined StudentJob International as an International Recruiter, managing candidates from several European countries on 7 international companies' websites. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology from a joint program between the University of Paris Descartes and the University of Valencia in 2013-2015.
