Alexander Maletin

Alexander Maletin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alexander began their career as a Technician 1 category at TyumenNIIgiprogaz in 2009. Alexander then worked briefly as a Courier at FACILICOM Russia in 2011 before joining KCA Deutag as a Practice, HR in the same year.

In 2012, Maletin worked at Raiffeisen Bank as a Trainee, T&D, where they were responsible for tasks such as negotiations with learning providers, market analysis, budget control, and implementing and testing process improvements.

From 2015 to 2016, Maletin served as a Web Developer at both "ООО "Высокие технологии"" and Anemone, handling front-end development, back-end development, and Ruby on Rails development.
