Mark Dicks is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in hotel management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Klarent Hospitality since March 2024, Mark has held significant roles in various organizations, including Regional Operations Director at COUNTRYWIDE HOTELS and Hotel Manager at De Vere Latimer Estate. With over two decades in the industry, Mark's previous positions include General Manager at Audley Villages, Cluster General Manager at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, and General Manager roles at Hand Picked Hotels, The Haven Hotel and Harmony Spa, and Von Essen Hotels. Mark's leadership experience is further highlighted by a tenure as Chairperson of the New Forest Tourism Association's HPIR group.
