Aleksey Korabelshchikov has a diverse range of work experience. Aleksey began as a Billing Service Head at Int-Inform in 2005 and later worked as an ICT Teacher at Gymnasium 45. Aleksey then transitioned into freelance and temporary Software Development roles, focusing on PHP, Perl, and 1C-based systems. In 2010, Korabelshchikov joined Yandex as a Software Developer, where they worked on various projects including video-advertising and micro-service framework development. In 2019, they became a Software Engineer at Yandex Self-Driving Technologies, contributing to the data delivery infrastructure of self-driving cars. Most recently, Korabelshchikov joined Klarna Bank AB in 2020 as a Lead Software Engineer, overseeing webpage scraping, price monitoring processes, infrastructure, and backend development. Aleksey is also a member of the Operational Excellence group at Klarna Bank AB, shaping processes and best practices within the domain.
Aleksey Korabelshchikov earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where they studied from 1995 to 2002. Later, they attended the Higher School of Economics and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Korabelshchikov obtained a certification in "Parallel, Concurrent, and Distributed Programming in Java" from Coursera in April 2018.
