Anders Bäck is an accomplished engineering manager and technology leader with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Klarna since January 2022, Anders has also co-founded and acts as CTO for both Gazelle.work and Our Big Picture. Previously, Anders held the position of Chief Experience Officer at Mynt, and Chief Technology Officer at Gimi, where notable achievements include building product teams and significantly scaling development operations. Anders possesses a diverse consulting background, having worked with companies such as Hepstar Insurance Distribution and Netlight Consulting AB, and holds degrees in Engineering Physics and related fields from prestigious institutions, including KTH Royal Institute of Technology and the University of Florida.
