Ayeshmantha Perera

Ayeshmantha Perera is a Senior Java Software Engineer at Klarna since January 2023, with extensive experience in software development and open-source contributions. Ayeshmantha serves as a committer and team member for OpenMRS, the largest open-source health record platform, and has been involved with The Apache Software Foundation as a PMC member, committer, and mentor. Previous roles include Software Engineer at BAUHAUS Deutschland and Salzburg Research, where innovative platforms were developed for the manufacturing and supply-chain industry. Ayeshmantha co-founded Chain Analytica, focusing on smart supply-chain solutions using blockchain and machine learning, and contributed to the Google Summer of Code initiative. Ayeshmantha earned a Master's in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from SLIIT.
