Geoffrey Ong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Geoffrey started their career at Accenture in 2013 as a Strategy Consultant, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined Accenture Strategy as a Strategy Consultant specializing in Finance and Enterprise Performance. In this role, they led a global ERP-led Finance and Procurement transformation program and was responsible for defining program value, setting KPIs, and establishing a value realization framework.
More recently, Geoffrey Ong worked at Klarna starting in 2021. Geoffrey first held the position of Analytics Manager, and then advanced to the role of Analytics Lead for the Klarna Card. As the Acting-CFO of Klarna's Credit Card Program, they were responsible for managing its performance and implementing profitability improvement initiatives. Geoffrey also led the Card & Banking Business Performance Management team and was involved in hiring analytics professionals for the business unit.
Geoffrey Ong completed their A-Levels at Kolej Universiti Taylor's from 2007 to 2008. During this time, they studied Further Mathematics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Thinking Skills.
From 2009 to 2013, Geoffrey Ong pursued a MEng & BA Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
In 2018 and 2019, they further expanded their education by attending Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. There, they completed a course titled "Leading with Analytics-Powered Strategy" and gained knowledge in the field of Analytics.
