Janina Otto

Janina Otto has a diverse range of work experience. Janina currently works at Klarna as a Business Development Manager, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ralph Lauren in various roles. From 2019 to 2022, they served as a Wholesale Sales Executive for Childrenswear in Germany & Eastern Europe, where they were responsible for overseeing distribution, key account management, market research, and assortment planning. During their time in this role, they successfully increased sales in Poland & Croatia by an average of 100% YoY and entered the Slovenian market, resulting in a 50% growth in sales volumes each season. Before that, they worked as a Wholesale Sales Executive for Underwear in the DACH region from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on key account management, market research, assortment planning, and establishing a restocking routine to maintain a continuous assortment in stores year-round. Janina also worked as a Wholesale Sales Operations Associate from 2019 to 2020.

Prior to their time at Ralph Lauren, Janina gained sales experience as a Sales Assistant at BestSecret in 2018. Janina also spent time as a French Student at France Langue in 2018. In 2018, they served as a Sales & Customer Service Intern at Ralph Lauren, and in 2016, they gained experience as a Fashion PR Intern at LOEWS. Additionally, they worked as an Au Pair at Cultural Care Au Pair from 2013 to 2014.

Janina Otto attended the Mediadesign University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management. In January 2016, they obtained an advanced fluency certification in French from Duolingo.
