Joachim Reuss

Joachim Reuss has extensive work experience in risk management and regulatory business development. Joachim started their career as a Director at EY in 2005 and worked there until 2016. During this time, they held various roles and was involved in risk management frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and operational resilience. In 2016, Reuss joined Nordea as the Head of Regulatory Business Development. In 2017, they returned to EY as a Management Consultant in their Risk Advisory practice, focusing on non-financial risk management. Joachim joined Klarna in 2021, initially as the Risk Control Director - Head of Operational Risk and later promoted to the role of Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

Joachim Reuss attended Linköping University from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in industrial engineering and management with a focus on quantitative finance.
