Martino di Filippo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Martino started their career as the Founder & CEO of Duepuntozero.com, a popular online community website in Italy. During this time, they designed and built the website, attracting nearly 500k users and playing a role in launching Chiara Ferragni's career.

Martino then worked as a Community Producer at MTV Italia, where they planned, designed, and managed the deployment of new community features on the website. However, they left early to focus on freelancing.

Martino then became a Full Stack Developer and freelancer for almost 10 years. This experience allowed him to work with various clients, sharpen their understanding of business goals and needs, and explore different fields such as UX & UI design, project management, data analysis, online advertising, and SEO.

Martino later joined Social Noise as a Technical Manager & Social Media Strategist. Martino worked remotely as a digital strategist, web developer, and social media expert, planning and executing digital engagement campaigns for clients such as Amex, Codere, Diesel, Discovery, Novartis, and Verti.

Martino then joined Shaman srl, the digital design & development division of Tribe Communication, where they served as the Founder & CTO. In this role, Martino led the development, operations, design, and project management teams, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.

Martino'smost recent work experience is with Klarna, where they currently hold the position of Senior Engineering Manager.

Martino di Filippo studied Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano from 2006 to 2009. Before that, they completed their secondary education at Liceo Scientifico Elio Vittorini from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Maturità scientifica with a focus on PNI + Scienze. In addition to their formal education, Martino obtained a certification in Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals from Coursera Course Certificates in April 2020.
