Sarah currently works at Klarna as the Head of Global Support Operations, where they lead teams responsible for supporting Klarna's B2B merchant support on a global scale. Sarah focuses on optimizing processes and systems, providing technical support, ensuring quality and development excellence, managing vendors, and underwriting. Sarah collaborates with commercial, risk, and product teams to ensure a 5-star service for Klarna's B2B merchants globally.

Prior to their role at Klarna, Sarah worked at H&M as a Senior Footwear Technologist, where they developed and delivered strategic plans for Kids Footwear. Sarah also worked at TOPSHOP TOPMAN as a Footwear Technologist, ensuring fit, compliance, and sustainability. Sarah's earlier experience includes roles at Debenhams, Office Shoes, ASOS.com, and St Joseph's Hospice, where they gained expertise in product development, fit sessions, compliance, and customer service.

Sarah then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Textiles Management from The Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they gained further knowledge in Footwear Pattern Cutting from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, where they studied from 2012 to 2013.
