Stephan Bauer

Stephan Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Stephan started their career as a Berufsakademiestudent with Bayer Schering Pharma AG in 2006 and then worked as a 5./WachBtl BMVg in the Bundeswehr from 2005 to 2006. Following this, they became a Web Developer at Bayer Business Services from 2009 to 2010 and later transitioned to the role of Websitekoordinator and Projektmanager until 2012. In 2012, Stephan joined ImmobilienScout24 as a Full Stack Web Developer and progressively took on the role of Senior Full Stack Web Developer until 2017. Stephan then worked at 21st Real Estate GmbH as a Fullstack Developer from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Stephan is a Senior Engineer at Klarna since September 2018 and has recently been promoted to the role of Lead Engineer in May 2021.

Stephan Bauer completed their education in a chronological order. Stephan first attended the Berufsakademie Berlin from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Informatik. After that, from 2010 to 2013, they enrolled in Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Medieninformatik.

In addition to their formal education, Stephan Bauer obtained several certifications. Stephan completed a Software Engineer program at the Bayer Software Engineering Academy in May 2011. Stephan also obtained certifications in Verhandlungstechniken from the ImmobilienScout24-Academy in April 2013, Konfliktmanagement from the same institution in October 2012, and NLP-Practitioner from the International Society for NLP™ in September 2013.
