Glen Herrick

Glen Herrick is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in advisory, banking, and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Klaros Group and a Board Member of Central Bank and MVB Financial Corp., Glen has played pivotal roles in shaping strategic financial initiatives. Previously, Glen was the Chief Financial Officer at Pathward, overseeing a large publicly-traded financial services firm, and held senior positions at Wells Fargo, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance & Treasury and Senior Vice President of Risk Management. With a background that includes leadership roles at POET and Ingersoll Rand, as well as military service in the U.S. Army, Glen holds a BS in Engineering/Industrial Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Dakota, and completed the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
