Kadianne Roberts

Kadianne Roberts is an experienced operations and sales professional currently serving as Head of Operations at Klaros Group since March 2021, having previously held roles as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant. Prior experience includes a position as Sales Manager at The Grove Resort Orlando, where Kadianne successfully positioned the resort for corporate and youth markets, attracting several Fortune 500 accounts. As Operations Manager at Kaleidoscope Adventures, Kadianne developed processes and managed vendor communication while overseeing the operations budget.
