Philipp Siegert

Philipp Siegert has diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Philipp currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at klarsolar GmbH since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Lecturer at DHBW Mannheim starting from September 2015. From April 2019 to March 2020, Siegert served as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Allert & Co. Earlier, they held the position of Head of Strategy and M&A at MLP Finanzberatung SE from December 2011 to March 2019. Siegert took a sabbatical from September 2009 to August 2011. Philipp started their career as an Associate Mergers and Acquisition at KBW in September 2005 and later served as an Intern at Sal. Oppenheim from May 2005 to July 2005. Before that, they worked as a Research Assistant at SKEMA Business School from September 2004 to April 2005. Philipp started their professional journey as an Intern at Daimler from March 2003 to June 2003.

Philipp Siegert began their education in 2001 at the University of Hohenheim, where they pursued a Vordiplom degree in Economic Sciences. Philipp then transferred to the University of Groningen in 2003 and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics & Business in 2004. Following this, they attended SKEMA Business School from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Finance.
