Brandee Akana

Brandee Akana has extensive experience in research, customer service, and operations management. Currently serving as a Research Manager at KLAS Research since August 2018, Brandee has also held roles as Project Coordinator and Data Processor within the organization. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Supragenix from February 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities encompassed resolving customer concerns, training new hires, and conducting quality assurance. Brandee began a career in manufacturing as a Sewing Operator at Beehive Clothing from June 2013 to January 2016, contributing to a defect-free production team and participating in policy development. Earlier experience includes supervision and training of warehouse staff as a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor at The Ready Project from August 2011 to February 2013. Brandee holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with an emphasis on Community Health Education from Utah Valley University, earned in May 2019.
