Anthony Joe Melgarejo

Anthony Joe Melgarejo is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in threat research and protection. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at WithSecure since November 2021, Melgarejo has held multiple managerial roles focused on tactical threat research and development. Prior to this, Melgarejo worked at F-Secure Corporation as a Service Owner for Threat Intelligence & Prevention, where responsibilities included malware research and technical guidance for technology development. Earlier experience at Trend Micro involved significant contributions in threat research, including the evolution of malware, development of monitoring systems, and publication of findings in security conferences and blogs. Melgarejo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mapúa University.
