Sarah Verseman

Sarah Verseman currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager and Solution Manager for Arch Collaborative at KLAS Research, a role held since July 2020. Prior to this, Sarah was the Senior Insights Director and Director of Customer Insights at UC Davis Health from September 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing projects aimed at enhancing provider satisfaction with the Epic Electronic Health Record. Previous positions include Administrative Officer and Advisor at UC Davis, and Academic Coordinator at the University of Tennessee. Sarah holds a Master's Degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, alongside certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
