Aashish Sharma is a highly experienced professional specializing in artificial intelligence and computer vision. Currently serving as a Principal Researcher at KLASS since January 2023, Aashish previously worked as a Research Scientist at A*STAR from June 2021 to January 2023 and as a Research Engineer at the National University of Singapore from February 2017 to May 2021, focusing on developing algorithms for low-level vision tasks and visibility enhancement. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Design Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, where Aashish was involved in SoC functional verification for ADAS and infotainment systems. Aashish holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Vision and Deep Learning from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
