Chen Kim Heng is a Senior Researcher in AI at KLASS Engineering and Solutions since November 2018, where expertise includes implementing advanced models using TensorFlow for image and video classification, developing Python applications for public security, and collaborating on machine learning solutions. Prior to this role, Chen served as a Research Engineer at the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology from August 2013 to November 2018, managing research projects, designing algorithms, and developing software for a successful last-mile logistics web application. Chen holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, both from the National University of Singapore.
