Kevin Hanschke is an experienced professional in the field of international cultural policy and journalism, currently serving as a Referent für internationale Kulturpolitik at Die Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien since February 2024. In addition, Kevin holds multiple editorial roles, including Freier Redakteur for Klassik Stiftung Weimar and Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz, and Freier Autor for Collectors Agenda and Theater der Zeit. Previous positions include Referent für Presse at Bundesverband Deutscher Stiftungen and Leitung of discourse, public relations, and digitalization at Kunststiftung Sachsen-Anhalt. Kevin has also contributed to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung as a Volontär im Feuilleton. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in European Affairs with a focus on Cultural Policy and Management from Freie Universität Berlin and Sciences Po, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin and Cultural Studies from the University of Warsaw.
