Dhruv Javeri

Dhruv Javeri is currently the co-founder, CEO, and head of sales for Klassroom Edutech. Prior to this, they worked for BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking from March 2012 to July 2017. Dhruv's role there was IT Control Manager (Resource, Cost and Performance Control). In this role, they were responsible for adapting to the role of Budget manager and facilitating the Department Head in the smooth functioning of the department. Dhruv also acted as a central coordinator (SPOC) between the department and various teams (HR, Finance, IT Support, Admin, etc.). Additionally, they were responsible for reporting to senior management on a monthly basis in forums like excos. Steering Commitee on Budget v/s Actuals MIS, Hiring curve and phasing, recruitment challenges and other cost performance of the department.

During the 3-month budget cycle each year, they worked as the Budget manager and was the single point of contact to Project office and the onshore manager. This enabled them to smooth offshoring of the project from high cost location to India. Dhruv also coordinated for transformation and integration of the organisation for the GM IT department in order to achieve the global CIB vision of cost savings.

Dhruv Javeri attended a school for careers in engineering and obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering.
