Martin Molt Ipsen

Director Of Digital & Performance at Klausen and Partners

Martin Molt Ipsen has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Martin began their career as a Piccolo at Royal Unibrew and then moved on to a Sales Assistant position at Coop Danmark. In 2014, they co-founded Bevshop I/S, where they were responsible for the development and growth of a webshop that sold beer and spirits. Later that same year, they became a Digital Advisor and Founder of Adverr ApS, where they specialized in the development, implementation and execution of digital strategies and data-driven work processes. In 2018, they became the Paid Media Lead at GORM Agency A/S, where they were responsible for the development, planning, execution, optimization and evaluation of activities on paid media. In 2020, they became a CXO & Partner at Jero, where they were responsible for leading the marketing, partnerships, and digital platform development efforts. Finally, in 2021, they became the Head of Digital & Performance at Klausen and Partners A/S, where they are responsible for leading the Digital department in addition to their previous responsibilities for the Performance team.

Martin Molt Ipsen studied Økonomi at Køge Handelsskole from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Sportsefterskolen SINE for Håndbold from 2011 to 2012. Martin also attended Bavneskolen from 2002 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn in January 2023.
