Martin Molt Ipsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Martin began their career at Royal Unibrew as a Piccolo and later worked at Coop Danmark as a Sales Assistant. In 2014, they founded Adverr ApS, where they served as a Digital Advisor, specializing in digital strategies and data-driven work processes for various clients. Ipsen also co-founded Bevshop, a webshop that sold beer and spirits, and was responsible for its development and growth.

In 2018, Ipsen joined GORM Agency A/S as the Paid Media Lead, where they developed, executed, and optimized activities on paid media and worked closely with the team to create effective strategies for clients. Ipsen then joined Jero as a CXO & Partner in 2020, leading marketing, partnerships, and digital platform development for the company.

Currently, Ipsen holds the position of Director of Digital & Performance at Klausen and Partners A/S. Their responsibilities include leading the Digital department and driving web development projects to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing deliveries that support clients' business goals. Throughout their career, Ipsen has demonstrated a strong focus on digital performance and team development.

Martin Molt Ipsen completed their secondary education at Køge Handelsskole from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Economics. Prior to that, they attended Sportsefterskolen SINE in 2011 and 2012, focusing on the sport of handball. Their primary education took place at Bavneskolen, where they attended from 2002 to 2011. Martin also holds a certification in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals, which they obtained in January 2023 from LinkedIn.
