Jeremy Freeman

Vice President Of Customer Success at Klaveness Digital

Jeremy Freeman has a diverse work experience, starting as a Project Coordinator at RM in 2005. Jeremy then worked as a Junior Project Manager at Ntegra in 2006 and later joined Tansa Systems AS as a Customer Project Manager/Editor in 2009. In 2013, they joined House of Control Group and held various roles, including Project Leader and Senior Project Leader, before becoming the Customer Success Director in 2017. Jeremy was responsible for operational and personnel management, budgeting, performance reporting, and initiating upsell opportunities. Jeremy also managed the development and implementation of a new platform, designed new modules/products, and provided technical/product support to the sales team. In 2022, Jeremy moved to Klaveness Digital and worked as the Head of Customer Success before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Success in 2023.

Jeremy Freeman obtained a BA (Hons) degree in English Literature & Language from Oxford Brookes University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
