Adrianne Poole

Adrianne Poole is currently the Senior Director of Global Customer Education at Klaviyo, where Adrianne leads a team focused on creating educational content and experiences for customers. Prior to their role at Klaviyo, Adrianne held positions at Wayfair and HubSpot where Adrianne managed various aspects of customer success and channel management. Adrianne holds a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Marketing, and Business Administration from Bryant University.
