Andrew Bussiere is an experienced professional with a robust background in compliance, management, and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior SMS Compliance Analyst at Klaviyo since October 2020, Andrew plays a critical role in protecting the company from fraud and ensuring adherence to carrier requirements while providing education on industry best practices. Prior to this, Andrew held managerial roles at Livible, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing operations as General Manager in Boston and leading data initiatives as City Manager. Experience also includes customer experience leadership at Fetch Storage, operations management at Legacy Marketing of Boston, and early career roles in retail and music organization. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Jazz Composition) from Berklee College of Music and an Associate of Arts from Greenfield Community College.
