Don Song is the Senior Corporate Counsel at Klaviyo. Prior to this role, they held positions at Shopify, Shearman & Sterling LLP, and Sidley Austin LLP, where they were an Associate in the Global Finance Group. Don also served as a Summer Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, an Intern at Centre for Applied Legal Studies, a Clerk at Kim & Chang, and a Sergeant, Squad Leader/Personnel Administrator in the Republic of Korea Army. They obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago.
