Fabian Haupt

Fabian Haupt currently serves as the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Klaviyo since October 2025. Previously, at Wayfair from 2021 to October 2025, Fabian held the positions of Senior Software Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer, overseeing Production Operations teams and enhancing hiring processes in response to industry trends. Prior to that, Fabian worked at Autodesk from 2019 to 2021 as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the development cycle within the Autodesk Construction Solutions division and unifying technology stacks between Autodesk and Plangrid. Fabian's career also includes a significant tenure at InterSystems from 2010 to 2019 as a Senior Support Specialist, where expertise was applied in customer issue resolution and security solutions. Additionally, experience as a System Administrator was gained at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg from 2005 to 2010. Fabian holds a degree from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, completed in 2010.
