Jade Douse

Jade Douse is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Klaviyo since January 2022, progressing from the HR Business Partner role within the EMEA region. Previously, Jade held various positions at Havas from October 2017 to December 2021, encompassing roles such as People Partner and People and Talent Coordinator. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Grey London and positions at Roehampton Club, where responsibilities included Events Administrator, Human Resources Intern, and Reception Supervisor. Jade has pursued continuous education, obtaining CIPD qualifications in 2018 and again in 2022, in addition to completing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Roehampton between 2013 and 2016, and currently studying at the Animas Centre for Coaching.
