Monale Alemika

Monale Alemika is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Sr. Internal Communications Manager at Klaviyo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Monale held various senior positions in digital communications and strategy at Diversified Search Group, including Senior Director and Director from March 2021 to June 2022, following a tenure at Koya Partners where Monale oversaw marketing initiatives and served as a lead proposal writer.
