Stephanie Chang

Stephanie Chang currently serves as Senior Vice President of GTM Strategy & Ops at Klaviyo, a role assumed in September 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie held key leadership positions at Okta, Inc. and Splunk, where responsibilities included strategic planning and operations management. At Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Stephanie advanced from Senior Director to positions focused on sales strategy and financial performance oversight. Earlier experience includes management roles at Deloitte Consulting and project management at Merrill Lynch, supported by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
