Sangmin Seo is a highly accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in blockchain and software development. Currently serving as Chairman of the Kaia DLT Foundation, Sangmin oversees a significant public blockchain ecosystem that integrates Web3 services with popular messaging platforms in Asia. As Representative Director of the Klaytn Foundation, Sangmin contributes to the development of a leading Layer 1 public blockchain known for its low transaction latency. Previous roles include Chief Klaytn Officer at Krust Universe, CTO at Ground X, and key positions at Samsung Electronics and Argonne National Laboratory, where Sangmin has led various innovative technology projects. Sangmin holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Seoul National University, showcasing a strong academic foundation in the field.
