Dawn M. Wilson

Ms. Wilson joined KLDiscovery as Chief Financial Officer in September 2017. As CFO she provides global leadership and oversight of all financial activities including executing a strategy of growth and profitability while building out a best-in-class, scalable finance function. Beginning in January 2019, Ms. Wilson is also overseeing the global HR team.

Ms. Wilson has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting primarily with public companies in the technology and services industry. Areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, leadership and talent development, information systems, financial planning, process re-engineering and cash management. Prior to KLDiscovery, she was with CoStar Group ("CSGP"), the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces. During her tenure, the company grew from $100 million to over $800 million in revenues and from a loss to EBITDA of over $200 million. Growth included significant core growth as well as growth from acquisition, where Ms. Wilson was responsible for the integration of over 20 acquisitions. Prior to CoStar, Ms. Wilson was VP of Finance at Interstate Hotels and Resorts (“IHR”), CFO of Ciraden and a Manager with Arthur Andersen. She holds a Masters in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
