Lance Paulson

Lance Paulson started their career as a Graphic Designer & Production Head at Thomas in 1995. Lance then moved on to Kroll Ontrack | Ontrack Data Recovery in 1999, where they held various roles such as Graphic Designer & Web Specialist, Art Director, and Creative & Digital Director. In 2019, Lance joined KLDiscovery as the VP of Creative & Digital Services. Throughout their career, Lance has worked closely with global business leaders to develop successful creative/digital campaigns and brand awareness strategies. Lance has also managed teams of designers, web specialists, and UX/UI developers, and has been responsible for maintaining global brand consistency during periods of expansion and growth.

Lance Paulson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of St. Thomas from 1991 to 1995.
